Every item we make is printed to order. There is no warehouse, no shelf stock, no surplus. Because of that, our policy is straightforward — and we think it’s fair.
What we accept
We replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. If something leaves the printer wrong, we make it right. That’s the whole standard.
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Size charts are available on every product page — use them before ordering.
Defects and damage
Contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — your call. No return shipment required, but we will ask for pictures of the defect once we receive your message. This allows us to contact our supplier and have future issues corrected/prevented.
Exchanges
We do not offer size or color exchanges. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept and restock returned goods. Order carefully.
Shipping on returns
In the rare case a return is authorized, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or the error was ours.
